Best shapewear for firm control?

I'm looking for something to wear under a tigh pencil skirt. Doesn't have an inbuilt bra, but that cover the whole tummy area (like the m&s wear your own bra slips) and goes down the thighs either in long shorts or a slip but doesn't rise up thighs. The m&s "wear your own bra" slip gets mixed reviews for riding up on the thighs and also not being firm enough control. Please help!

I've got the Ultimo 6021 (it's only £8 on Amazon at the moment) and boy, is it powerful. It's a wear your own bra one, with legs. They don't ride up on me, but I'm fat, so it would probably depend on your size.

Maidenform do a brilliant one - either shirt or slip that you wear your own bra with. I got mine from Amazon.
