The Ordinary Retinoid before or after serum

Rookie query. I bought the retinoid after seeing recommendations on here but dont know whether to use serum first or after using the retinoid .Then do i use a moisturiser as well?
Also do you wait between application of each to allow each to sink in before applying the next

I have the ordinary retinol 1% so not sure it is the same as the retinoid but i apply the retinol after my face is washed and dried and leave it for about 30 minutes. Then I apply a moisturiser as i don't wear a serum. I would imagine you could put on the serum, let that sink in then put on the moisturiser. At each step, let the product have time to sink in esp the retinoid.
