I live in converse and have been having serious pain in the arch of my feet, I have health problems anyway resulting in bad leg pains though nerve/ muscle issues.
My physio told me to swap my converse for trainers that will be more supportive and are more 'padded' I guess and not so flat.
I don't know where to start really- it's not for running, mostly as I'd be in a heap on the floor
but I want something that looks ok to wear day to day with jeans/leggings/ t shirt type clothes. Any recommendations would be fab.
