They're so lovely and fit beautifully
I want them for a naice smart casual look for the airport

Don't need them, lots of other things to pay for, but I last bought an item of clothing in January and was just a £30 denim dungaree dress

Agonising over this purchase

I do have some naice river island jeans for 'best' but these are lovelier Smile

Ah good to know the 10 was a mild struggle but shop assistant said the same, buy smaller

I take it that you bought them? Great jeans are like gold dust. You will not regret it. The person who said that you would constantly look on ebay when they have sold out is right. Totally worth it.

Consider NYDJ go for in excess of £130, then you've got a great bargain!!

Piesy · 12/04/2017 19:36

Link if possible?

MozzchopsThirty · 12/04/2017 19:49

What's NYDJ??

Yes I bought them, not even a hint of regret Grin

'Not Your Daughter Jeans' otherwise known as NYDJ in retail outlets. John Lewis sell them as well as other places. They are really good but fucking expensive!

SpinningCircles · 12/04/2017 20:51

Do they feel soft?!

blueobsessive · 12/04/2017 20:55

I've had mine since 2010 - still going strong! I'm well up to date, me

OhWellNeverMindEh · 12/04/2017 21:31

I always buy £40 jeans, nice fit, don't last more than 2 years max (I have 20 pairs though).

I was given a pair of J Brands (£250) OH.MY.GOODNESS, the fit, the look - absolutely knock spots of my usual.

That said, I can't bring myself to spend any more than £40, so they will be my only pair.

Also, I've bought £90-£120 pairs in the sale from high-end high st and they weren't any better than the £40'ers, so it does depend on the brand.

If they fit and feel nice, go for it!

Crispsheets · 13/04/2017 09:16

Buy 2 pairs 😁
I have long legs and so finding quality jeans which come in 34 inch leg length is hard. I spent £295 on Goldsign black jeans five years ago and they still look like new. Worn twice a week.
Top Shop Jamie jeans washed half a dozen times £36 look shit.

KoalaDownUnder · 13/04/2017 10:10

I had a look for these on French Connection's website. Could only find 'skinny rebound leggings'. Confused Are these the same thing, do you think?
(I'm in Aus, which is prob the issue).

I have three pairs of FC jeans bought in 2010 (their Ultimate Skinny). Still part of my wardrobe (other styles have also been purchased).

Doobigetta · 13/04/2017 13:25

Get the jeans, but don't waste them flying in them. Wear old ones for the flight and keep your nice new ones clean to wear when you get to the other end.

allfurcoatnoknickers · 13/04/2017 15:25

I bought TWO pairs of JBrands in one go last month. You're positively frugal Grin

MozzchopsThirty · 13/04/2017 17:26

I'll be changing into pjs as soon as I've had dinner on the flight so they'll stay nice for when I land Smile

Yes it's the skinny rebound ones, they have lots of different colours, I went for the bleach washed ones as have lots of dark jeans

Crispsheets - mine are 33in so I feel your pain, but have a ridiculously short body and these seem to fit well

Buy. I once returned (because too many clothes!) a pair of Joe's jeans I bought from a group buying site and absolutely regretted it. Can't find it anywhere.

PaperdollCartoon · 15/04/2017 10:49

KoalaDownunder they're the Rebound skinny jeans, rather than skinny rebound jeans - this might make a difference for your search
