Dip gel nails - would you rate it?

My salon has just started to do this, it's a powder gel dip thing!

I never get in with ordinary gel nails so wondered if this might be good?

Any experiences?

I've seen it in trade press, you can get acrylic extension systems using it & now polish.

It was around as dip & buff extensions years ago but has come out again as "new".

If it's just another way of applying gel polish though and you don't get on with gel polish though I can't see the point.
