How to line a dress

Wonder if anyone can help.

I recently bought a lovely dress -
I love it! Only thing is, it is thin, see through material.

Is there any way or any where i could take it so it could be lined?

A dress maker could line it for you but it will cost as much as having a dress made. Would you consider a full length slip from M&S? Here's a maxi length one but they do shorter styles too:
