Lip enhancing - plumping?

Contemplating something more significant than my tingling xxl soap and glory balm and wondered what enhancements are available and worth it ?

I had a subtle filler which was 0.5ml in my cupids bow to make my top lip a little bigger as it was so thin and would dissapear when I smiled. I'd say we'll worth it but bloody hurts even with numbing cream!
