Summer shoes (not sandals) for professional office

I'm looking for something that won't show my horrendous heels or toes, that can be worn without socks with ankle length black trousers or a skirt in a conservative professional office. Funky colours are ok - it just needs to be more of a shoe than a sandal. Thanks

Flats or heels?

Oh I need these too.

I work in an office and i live in ballet flats of all different colours in the summer - pretty much everywhere sells them too!

Preferably a small block heel (I am very short and a bit round, so anything that elongates me would be welcome!)

Thewayyoulooktonight, ballet pumps tend to give me sore shins (I walk to the station, and then again when I get off the train) although I could wear trainers to work and change when I get there...

Have you looked at Clark's? They tend to be good for summery office shoes.

I love these Top Shop ones, thanks. I wouldn't have thought of going there. And I'll also try Clark's (I've not been in there for years - since the DC got school shoes there!)

Loafers could be a good bet, more supportive than ballet flats (which it sounds like you need with the sore shins) but can still look smart, especially with well fitting trousers.

Fitflop navy patent flats ?

If you have any hip/knee/plantar fasciitis pain then they're great for that and smart.

If you aren't wearing socks - near tea tree oil rubbed between toes and on soles before you put shoes on each day will stop the foot odour bacteria in their tracks and keep your shoes smelling fresh
