I am going to get a glycolic peel (think it is 40%) next week. Just wondering if anyone has found them good. It is a bit of a treat and to Slough off winter skin :)

I love getting my peels, I did start off at a lower percent and now I'm on my 4th I'm on 40% each time but it's the best treatment to give yourself fresh new, soft like a baby skin!

Don't know much about peels so may be talking nonsense, but 40% sounds quite high. Is there a risk you skin will get photo-damaged in the summer sun? Have you considered delaying until the Autumn?

Very good point but there is not much sun here ;)

Don't want to out myself but think of the putter Scottish highlands or similar

Def use a decent all day sunblock few days after. Very jealous of your highland location, but even if it's not sunny hot, even a bit bright and windy will turn you very pink if you've been acid peeling.
