Can you buy something to fit on the inside?? I've no idea but I need something and I don't want to get them professionally cut. Does anyone have any ideas?
Thank you

Yes. - there are little spring mechanisms that can be mounted inside. Or, a jeweller could cut a small piece out of the shank and re solder it. It's not a huge job, worth asking for a quote if it's a favourite ring.

You can get ring size reducer clips on eBay. If it is only a small reduction you should be able to have it resized at a jewellers but not if the ring has stones and needs to go down a lot of sizes.
