Jeans for a big bum but slim waist

I'm quite bottom heavy but have a slimmer waist - size 14 bum and thighs but size 12 waist.

I really struggle getting jeans to fit as they gape or start to slip down.

Any suggestions of brands worth trying?

I recently got a pair of straight leg jeans from crew clothing and they fir really well. I am the same shape as you. I liked them so much I bought a second pair.

I have the same problem and just tried a pair of GAP Curve, and they fit perfectly!

I've always found Matalan's Papaya jeans good - my waist is about 2 sizes smaller than my bum/thighs/hips.

I've not tried gap curve but their stretch ones are good

I have a 12 inch waist to arse variation.

Marks and Sparks (both Per Una and the standard denim range) suit my large hips and small waist.

I recently bought some M and S high waist super skinnies, and they fit well and are unbelievably comfortable as well as flattering. I bought a 14 which did fit quite loosely, but after having shrunk in the wash they are a perfect fit. I just hope they don't shrink any more.

After years of struggling to find a pair of really comfortable jeans, wearing the high waisted ones were a revelation. Mid and low rise are just too uncomfortable for me as they cut into the widest part of me.
