Why does this disappear every year about this time?

Sold out everywhere!

Any one got a similar alternative?

Thanks

La Roche Posay anthelios XL. Spf 50 with a much higher UVA rating than Clinique (which is in fact very low). UVA rays present all year round even cloudy days so need for high UVA in summer even greater. LRP products on offer buy one get one half price in Boots at the moment.

Thanks will look at la roche but have seen some review saying it makes skin greasy.

Told by Clinique today that it has heen discontinued which is hard to rathom.

Any other suggestions?

I find Anthelios is a bit greasy - fine for holidays but a bit too shiny and thick for everyday UK use.

I usually use Cityblock but have just run out! I've bought the No.7 tinted moisturiser in SPF15 to put me on until the Clinique is back in stock. Unless you are out in the sun all day, SPF15 should be fine - especially if you're wearing makeup over it.

Any one used Eucerin?

There are several types of anthelios including dry touch and anti shine which you may find less greasy. I find dry touch to be too dry (but I have dry skin)

As a rosacea sufferer, I plaster myself in the stuff and find either city block or anthelios to do the job.
