Shall I keep the denim jacket or send it back?

Who out there has a denim jacket? Do you wear it a lot?

I've just ordered one and wondering if I should keep it or send it back. I used to have one which I didn't wear very much.

I'm just the wrong side of 35 and a bit overweight if that makes a difference.

I have a really nice French Connection one that I have worn for the last 4 summers. I love it when it is denim jacket season! It works for the summer as I wear jeans much less, and it goes so nicely with joggers, cropped cotton trousers, a pretty skirt or over a summer dress.

Agree it needs to be closely fitted almost cropped look, so that it is neat and not baggy/bulky. You rarely do up the buttons so they only need to just meet. (unless you are going for the trendy late 80s look which I have seen in the shops).

It's nice. Mine is French Connection and still gets a lot of wear.

Never, ever fasten it (the horror).

I bought a WArehouse one today. I wavered between size small and medium (I'm size 10 on top and 12 on bottom) and went for the size 10. There seems to be a lot of material at the back but the front is fine. I'm undecided about keeping or returning it. Are they all like this?

Lol Remus.
Someone was asking the other day about fastening a cropped leather jacket, no, just no.
