Best make up for big pores

I have noticable pores on my chin, it really gets me down.
I have bought some nip and fab products that have reduced them a little.
Now i need some make up to help cover. Can anyone reccommend some please , foundation, concealer etc?

Yes will second porefessional. Bought some cheaper stuff which is not a patch on it!

Porefessional is great but I need to let it sink in properly before putting foundation on or it looks weird.

Look on YouTube on how to use porefessional - you have to let it set / dry

I also use porefessional. It's really the use of a primer that you need when you've got visible pores. Another recommended on here, but not tried it personally, include Boots No 7 primer (not sure of name but it's the one for pores as various kinds of primers for different concerns available). Your foundation should then go on smoothly afterwards.
