Please help: I'm looking for jeans in a dark to vintage blue wash in a relaxed skinny or boyfriend cut.
I keep finding perfect pairs only to find that they are ripped or distressed to buggery.
Need: size 16, with some elastane content. Short to regular length.

Already tried and useless:
Marks and Spencer
River island
New Look
Asos
Tesco
Sainsbury
Dorothy Perkins

Picture is of the perfect colour jeans. But no one needs to see my flabby knees!

Anyone seen any that fit the bill?

Just realised I haven't tried Next.

I tried Next (in store only) on Friday. Ripped!

I'm going to keep checking this thread. I've been looking for same colour/style.

Matalan, ditto.

Fairylea · 02/04/2017 07:53

There are lots online at Next. George at Asda online also have some. The ones they put in store all seem to be ripped!

LadyOfTheCanyon · 02/04/2017 07:55

The only passable ones for me at Next aren't available yet!
Ooo Asda, good call!

Fat face have jeans that colour and I don't think they are ripped. I have several
Pairs of their skinny Ines and they wash well etc.

marmiteloversunite · 02/04/2017 08:06

Also have jeans from white stuff and the white company. Both have worn well.

dementedma · 02/04/2017 08:13

I need new jeans too. I hate shopping for jeans....

LadyOfTheCanyon · 02/04/2017 08:14

Thanks Marmite!

Have you looked at esprit? I can't remember all the colours but they have quite a few relaxed styles and there seems to be less distressing going on than other places.

TroysMammy · 02/04/2017 08:37

This fashion is the reason I haven't binned some jeans I ripped the arse on scrambling over a fence with barbed wire on it. Should have known better at my age, 49.

Sorry, no help at all.

Have you tried Topshop? Their Leigh jeans are very good. They have lots of distressed ones but also the odd non distressed. You can shop online to avoid the packs of 14 year olds in store! These are the colour you're after:

Have you tried Gap girlfriend jeans?

Iamastonished · 02/04/2017 09:52

Sainsburys jeans are surprisingly good quality.

NeopreneMermaid · 02/04/2017 10:21

I second Sainsburys. Primark is great for jeans too.

dinosaursandtea · 02/04/2017 10:45

Seconding Gap!

dinosaursandtea · 02/04/2017 10:46

I'm a 16 and their girlfriend jeans fit like a dream and come in dark and light denim.

Eminybob · 02/04/2017 10:51

Thanks for this thread, I have been wondering the same myself.
I like Tesco jeans as they fit well and have a high enough waist to hoik in my belly, but can I find some in the right shade of blue? No.
I have just bought some pale blue ankle grazer ones from there though that I love though.

LittleG69 · 02/04/2017 10:55

These are the Gap ones
