Slip to wear under wrap dress

I have a short torso, and rather middle aged boobs and am looking for a slip or something to wear under summer dresses that have a fake crossover wrap. (I hate showing too much cleavage) I have bought some nice dresses but they sit quite low. Any recommendations? I'm in Asia so need something that won't make me sweaty! Thanks in advance

A vest?

I always wear a camisole under wrap dresses otherwise I expose too much of myself! I buy them in M&S or JL and they work fine.
