Can you identify this bag?!

It looks like a bag I used to have but can't work out the brand. Does anyone know who makes it or where I could get my hands on one?!

Where the strap clips on there looks to be a name written in two colours including red which reminds me of tommy hilfinger but can't see anything like in on google.

The side pocket makes me think it might be a changing bag.
