Concealer to cover up spots

I have developed some blood spots on my face and on my chest area which are noticeable when I wear round neck tops. I was wondering if anyone could recommend a concealer as I have never used one before and wondered if there were any that didn't rub off on clothes? Thanks

For use on your body why not try the mac fave and body foundation.. Ask for a sample from the counter. This product is sold in a bigger bottle and can also be used on the face.
