Is there any actual way on Earth to make your hair thicker?

I have thin, limp hair. It's in a horrible middle stage at the minute which isn't helping.

I'm growing it to shoulder-ish length after years with a pixie crop.

But, when it gets to the length I want it, I don't want just a horrible hanging limp curtain. I want swishy, body hair

Is there any actual way to thicken your hair?

There are specific vitamins for hair and nails . Maybe worth a go ? Horse shampoo is supposed to work too which you can buy in boots .

Do you think there are any good thickening shampoos out there that do actually do something?

Sorry OP, I have really thick hair so can't help. Blush

I use John Frieda volumising shampoo, loreal fibrology serum, John Frieda root spray and John Frieda volumising mousse all together on special occasions! Also volumising powder on my fringe.

Avoid conditioning as much as possible as it tends to make your hair go flat.

Rub the scalp in little circles at the roots of your hair with your fingertips when blowdrying for extra root lift.

Your hair sounds exactly the same as mine!
