Hello everyone,
I've bought this dress and it's beautifullll...
I am wearing it for a wedding in a couple of weeks.
I don't like my arms so I am looking for something to wear on top of it. Can you please recommend something?

How would you style this?

Wear a shrug, also called a bolero. You can buy quite fancy ones online, like Amazon or Etsy. You can also wear a posh pashmina or shawl over the dress.

Personally I think shrugs/pashminas look scruffy. If you don't like your arms then buy a longer sleeved dress.

However working with this dress Your smartest option for a wedding would be a spring blazer - maybe in the pinky/coral colour.

Depends on colour irl

Hush Chanel-esque

Cute but £££

I am not keen on shrugs or pashminas, and would go for a slightly cropped crew-neck cardi. (Blazers aren't me, but I also think that would be nicer than shrug/pashmina.)

I am not too keen on pashminas.

I like the Ted Baker option but not with this dress. Way too much pink. I tried it. Dress also from Ted baker.

There's a lovely Blush blazer in River Island.

Agree re boleros, I think they are quite old fashioned.

Imamouseduh · 28/03/2017 21:38

I think any sort of shrug/cardigan just draws attention to the fact you are trying to hide your arms. Either go bare armed or maybe a blazer at a push.

prettyinpinkandgold · 28/03/2017 21:47

I think I should just show my arms :)
Searched all night and can't find much I like boleros are horrendous.

Boden have crop crew neck cardigans...currently on sale!!

SoAngryArghh · 28/03/2017 22:06

Definitely go bare arms then.

Or buy another dress. Don't think any point ruining it with a cover up.
