Over the winter I have developed really bad spots on my back, shoulders and tops of arms, they are whiteheads and often itch so I scratch take the head off then they bleed!
Not sure why after 36 years I'm suddenly getting them on only in past suffered with spots on my back when pregnant
I naturally have quite dry/dehydrated skin so don't think it's due to grease, I'm guilty of wrapping up warm hate the cold so have lots of layers on and never get any air.
I wNt to get this sorted for summer can anyone recommend something that actually works or a good medicated body wash
