Should I buy this jacket?

Currently in a changing room trying to decide whether to buy it or not..
I do have lots of jackets but none this colour and as the weather is getting nicer too though it might brighten me up
To buy or not to buy?

I have no issue with the colour, although the style is not to my taste.

Can you actually zip / button it up? If not, this purchase will be largely decorative rather than functional.
