For my eyebrows, I currently use Collection's eyebrow kit, which is basically a powder and then I use the little gel that comes with it to brush through the hairs and put them where I want to be. However, an hour later, the hairs are always flicking up at the end and I'm constantly having to smooth them down, reposition them etc. Any ideas of how I can stop this from happening?
