Facial hair and spots getting me down

I have hairs on upper lip and under chin and jaw line which I pluck daily but I can never get them all properly, also getting spots from plucking. I'm 25. I did wonder if I had pcos but my periods have always been regular and I'm 7st 12 and never put on weight. How do doctors diagnose pcos?

No, never ever shave!!! Go to a beautician - they literally do this all day every day!!! Plus use aloe Vera which is really good to calm down the skin - I have horrible skin but it really helps
