I bought this, and now am kinda worried the print will make me look old.

How do I style this?

I'm not keen on it. If you arent sure, return it.

Is it a t-shirt style too.

Yes, it's a t-shirt.

It looks cheap, the neckline flowers do not blend in with the rest of the print. The flowers look like they belong to a Primal Scream/summer of love album cover .... yes old

It's quite dated looking yes. I don't really like patterns though and that one is in your face.
