I think it's an old one, reverse search suggests it's an instagrammer called Audrey Lombard and the blouse is by Les Prairies de Paris, found one < obsessive moi?> here but even the second hand one sold in 2014.
She looks rather fabulous in everything!

I think this is it, but it doesn't look nearly as good, and I rather suspect that it would look even worse on me!!
