I'm having a serious brain freeze moment.

DD is almost 4 - do I buy clothes in size 4 years or 5 years??!

I'd look at the size of the clothes rather than the age in the label. My DCs always wore hats in sizes several years in advance of their ages because they had large heads! But waist and hip sizes were always way too large because they were tall and lean.

Well do you want clothing that is 3-4 or 4-5. Next is very confusing as they do both single and dual sizes. If I remember correctly a 5 is the same as a 4-5.

it was next I was in and couldn't remember which was embarrassing as I used to work there!

She's tall for her age so should be looking at that really.
