I think your hands look dry so could be of any age. Do you regularly moisturise them? My hands get very dry particularly in the winter months

troodiedoo · 22/03/2017 14:45

I'm 37 and my hands look exactly the same. Trying to remember to apply hand cream as much as possible, it's such a faff though.

Cotton gloves over a thick layer of cream at night should help.

Eliza22 · 22/03/2017 18:09

No idea but at a guess... 55?

Skinfulnappies46 · 22/03/2017 19:00

Thanks....41...not 55 ConfusedConfusedConfusedConfused...hand cream just doesn't seem to last any length of time.

Belly I would have guessed early 40s. I would also suggest heavy duty handcream, especially at night, but also always wear rubber gloves for washing dishes/cleaning, and (as I once read), "always wear gloves outdoors from October until May". May might be pushing it tbh but it's mostly valid.

Oh, I've got old lady hands too. They've always been spindly and wrinkly Sad

Loccitane hand balm (the new one in cream tube) overnight with cotton gloves and hand scrub once or twice a week is working wonders for my hands.
Mine went old ladyish when I moved to a cold country a few months ago but this routine has helped massively

Eliza22 · 23/03/2017 16:56

Ah sorry about that. I'm sure it's reversible, with plenty of hand cream. Keep a tub at every basin and always last thing at night. They'll be love,y in no time. I'm 55 and mine look a bit like yours. I MUST remember rubber gloves too!

Mine are the same, too much hand washing! The best cream i have found is Aveeno skin relief hand cream
