Help - size 2 shoes for Year 11 Prom

My DD is petite - have managed to find a lovely dress that fits, it just needs to be shortened. Does anyone know where we might find some size 2 shoes/sandles suitable for Prom/evening where? I've looked around the kids sections in fashion shops locally and we haven't managed to find any small size 3s. Black or silver would be ideal, possibly navy/royal blue.

Asos have lots in size 2?

New Look have a teen section and their size 3 shoes come up small. I am only a 2 1/2 and fit in their size 3s

What about tkmaxx? They have a good selection of small ladies shoes so you might find something 'grown up' rather than a child's shoe.

Try amazon shoes, you might find a bargain and easy to return.

John Lewis for bridesmaids shoes - some of which can by dyed to a wide range of colours.

New Look do 2s. And they come up small too so she'd probably fit in a 3 there.
