I've seen Anastasia being recommended on here but is it the dip pot or pencil that's best?

I bought benefit's Ka Brow which is meant to be like the Anastasia pomade. I love it. It stays put all day. I read reviews and it's meant to be better than the Anastasia as it doesn't dry out as quickly and comes with its own brush.

The NYX brow pomade & angled brush are excellent, much cheaper than Anastasia Beverly Hills.
