I'm looking for a little black dress for a formal event. In my head I'm thinking knee length pencil dress with 3/4 length sleeves. Any ideas oh stylish ones?

Should mention I'm fairly top heavy so suit v neck rather than very high necklines

Anything at st bustier? Or this is stunning, but a teensy bit out of budget. I always seem to miss their sales, sadly.
