Help please! Need Wedding guest dress for plus sized apple

Please help me. I have been invited to a fairly formal wedding at the beginning of April and need to find a dress. Issues are:
I'm a size 22 apple shape
Hate my arms so need sleeves
Need dress to come below my knees (am 5' 7")
would prefer plain rather than patterned
Don't want a dark colour - could accept plummy shade but not black, navy, dark grey etc
Need to be able to buy online
Have extremely small budget, cheaper the better but no more than £60

how do you feel in trousers? I am a size 22 apple too but 5' 11"

I always feel better in trousers than in a dress

asos again, maybe you could beg/steal/borrow a little bolero or jacket or wrap?

Have a look on pretty kitty website they are good quality for the price.

A cropped jacket or cardi may look more weddingy than long sleeves and hem.

I know it doesn't have sleeves but this is really gorgeous and could be worn with a pashmina over your arms?
