racer back or a halterneck i would wear

dailyshite · 17/03/2017 19:51

Aah, never thought of halterneck. My racerback bra would still show with this but halterneck would work I think. Thank you.

Am thinking that given that it is cheap I could afford a new bra too.

What do the style and beauty gurus think of the dress? I think I like it but I have form for buying shit off the internet and it being a terrible mistake!

I like it but I wouldn't wear a bra with it. I don't think you can.

LurkingQuietly · 17/03/2017 19:54

Surely the back is too low for a halterneck bra? I think that's a no bra dress, sorry.

shirleycartersaidso · 17/03/2017 19:57

I do t think you could wear anything with that unless you hit one of those multi way body things and have it as halterneck. I think it's too cut away at the sides though.

dailyshite · 17/03/2017 19:58

That's me stuffed then! Age + gravity + F cup = not pretty

Isn't tit tape a thing? Or stick on bra cups (vaguely remembered from somewhere).

BounceBounceSplishSplash · 17/03/2017 20:02

The side is too low as well as the back for any bra I think.

UnicornButtplug · 17/03/2017 20:05

No bra with that but they make stick on cup things, not sure they would come in an F though.

Shamoffour · 17/03/2017 20:09

I'm sure you can get a bra that has a halter neck and somehow crosses around your waist. I may have imagined it though. I'm off to look I'm sure it's called a backless bra.

Shamoffour · 17/03/2017 20:16

Oh can buy adapters to turn your regular halter neck bra into backless not sure if would be low enough though.

dailyshite · 17/03/2017 20:23

OohNoDooEy - that's a brilliant idea. Am going to put both in the basket and step away for a bit, see if I still want it when I come back! The mumsnet style and beauty massive have been very helpful, thank you!

shirleycartersaidso · 17/03/2017 21:54

It's a lovely dress but I don't think it's for those with an F cup, sorry!

treaclesoda · 17/03/2017 21:59

Depends what sort of F cup you're talking about. 28 or 30 F are small sizes. 40F is much bigger.

AccioMerlot · 17/03/2017 22:03

I have a stick on bra from ebay that works well with a similar dress but am only a c cup so...

dailyshite · 17/03/2017 22:19

32F - I think it's probably not for me

OP posts:
BounceBounceSplishSplash · 18/03/2017 08:14

I'm a 32 E and there's no way I could wear that dress. Have tried stick on cups before and they were pointless on me - offered no support or lift.

emilybrontescorset · 18/03/2017 08:29

It's s nice dress but I couldn't wear it as I have big boobs and can't be bothered messing around with bras.
