Comfortable shoes

I'm going to new york & need some very comfortable walking shoes. What are your recommendations please ?

When, because if it's soon you'll need warm boots

Got 3 weeks yet so hoping it won't still be snowing !

I'm a big fan of the fit flop trainers, there are some nice plain slimmer ones floating in the collections. If you want something more like a shoe.

Ugg Simmens boots might be an option, very comfortable with socks but not as warm as other ugg boots.

What are you planning on wearing during the day?

Do want trainer style or smart shoe style?

Not really planning on dressing up much. Mostly jeans, I've got some converse trainers that I'm breaking in, but I'm worried they won't be supportive enough.

Superga? I love Converse but find them to flat for a whole day on my feet.

I've not tried them but I've seen people say great things about Skechers Go Walk. Not sure how stylish they are but apparently very comfortable.
