Uneven pigmentation. Which foundation?

Joy of joys.. spring is on the way and my face is already going blotchy. I use a factor 50 sunscreen but its just a normal use one which I find quite heavy
I'm looking for any recommendations for a light but high factor sunscreen but also a foundation that will even out my skin tone.
Any suggestions welcome x

I use Clinque dark spot defense. I get a fetching pigmentation on my upper lip that makes me took like a fench waiter. It goes on really nicely and foundation goes on better.

Do not get city block as that is very cakey.

Prevention is the best approach. I use it all year round.
