Hairdressers dilemma!

I recently has a colour change at hair salon which cost me £110 which is alot considering most of my local salons charge around £40 for just a colour.

I had faded dark brown hair which had to be stripped then new colour put on, but after one wash I don't think my hair doesn't look anything like how I asked for.

I'm tempted to just book my colour at another salon but it seems a waste to pay again considering I paid £110 just a week ago.

So just wanted to see if it's worth complaining or am I wrong in thinking that my hair is really different to what I asked for. Pics included.

I think the colour is completely different to the colour you asked for and I would go back.

I agree you need to go back. Yours is very faded already and what you've asked for is a rich deep colour. Not acceptable! Go back and get them to sort it out.
