I like it. Good for spring (if the weather's decentish)

imjessie · 13/03/2017 13:41

Love it!

mrsgiggle · 13/03/2017 14:01

Great I would never have put a cream top and blazer together like that.
Just need to find the top and blazer now!

I love a good jeans and blazer combo!

It would be perfect for a holidays too (no grubby toddlers allowed though)

Millipedewithherfeetup · 13/03/2017 17:17

Great look !

JoJoSM2 · 13/03/2017 17:30

Quite a classic look. Not particularly creative but looks good.

WhistlingBetty · 13/03/2017 17:42

I think it's quite casual for a night out and I'm not keen on the tan of its for evening. It's a nice enough day outfit but there's something about the tan ankle boots I just don't like.

To make it more evening you could pair with black skinnies and stilettos?

mrsrhodgilbert · 13/03/2017 17:46

It depends on what the night out is really but assuming you're not going to anywhere too swanky I think it's lovely. I have it on my Pinterest and recreated it last summer.

mrsgiggle · 13/03/2017 18:01

Its for a party boat down the river! So nothing too posh! I do have a nice navy blazer with turn up sleeves so contemplating whether to wear that instead of the cream.

CaoNiMartacus · 13/03/2017 18:05

It's a thumbs-up from me!

BackforGood · 13/03/2017 18:21

Well it's probably my age but I think the jeans look really scruffy. Hate that torn, broken look.
I like the top and jacket but would wear smarter jeans.

BackforGood · 13/03/2017 18:23

Although if you are going on a boat, general thinking is you should wear PJs, in case of a capsize Wink

Here Grin

FinallyHere · 13/03/2017 18:29

It like it overall, the top and jacket look understated but stylish and the colour scheme looks good. It would look great one anyone above average height, as the break in colour from jeans to tan ankle boots would need v long legs to look good.

For me, 5’4, I would lengthen the look of legs by continuing the jeans right down as far as they go and wearing colour matching coloured boots or sandals.

mrsgiggle · 13/03/2017 18:37

I'm only 5ft4, havnt really decided on footwear yet.
I have some dark Next skinny jeans would wear them. It's more the top half I need help with.
I could quite easily go out in p,js 😂

JoJoSM2 · 13/03/2017 19:14

Well, jeans and blazer + a going out top will be ok provided it's just a piss-up on a boat and not an actual party to celebrate anything important.

LadyOfTheCanyon · 13/03/2017 19:25

I would get Marinara sauce down that in a heartbeat.

mrsgiggle · 13/03/2017 19:56

It is someones leaving party, but i think they are all going pretty casual, its not a big posh boat

OP posts:
JoJoSM2 · 13/03/2017 20:48

Sounds ok to me, then :)

imjessie · 13/03/2017 21:03

I meant the top but I can't zoom in on it so maybe not .. I'll try and get the link , Zara good for blazers

MaQueen · 13/03/2017 21:07

I have never used Pintrest. How do I go about using it, and following that '1000 ways to wear skinnies' blog?
