Shoes for a small 14 month baby??

My son has been walking now since he was 11 months and is now 14 months. I took him to Clark's yesterday and their walking shoes only start at a 3 which were too big for him. He's really small - still in 6-9 months clothes and the legs are still long in them! They suggested pram shoes but he wants to walk everywhere. We went to the park in the ones he had and his feet ended up wet! Any ideas on where else to look?

Try HappyLittleSoles. A website specialising in bare feet shoes for little developing feet! The customer service is very good if you email asking for specific advice.

DD was tiny and only a size 2 when she was ready for shoes. Managed to get a pair in an independent shoe shop. Did they give you his size? You might find some online.

My DD has tiny narrow feet and nothing fits her in clarks even now (nearly 3, due to width issues). Her first shoes were from a local independent shop who ordered them in specially, uk size 2 I think. We have bought from here- they have fantastic customer service and are really helpful.

Actually I've just fished out her first shoes and they were an eu17 which is a uk 1 or 1.5 so it's definitely possible to get smaller!
