Footwear... between boots and sandals.

It's finally stopped raining, the sun is out, temperature rising, but it's soon time to put my Fly London knee boots away( I have 3 pairs!) In summer I wear loafers, without socks and sandals, but find the inbetween time difficult. So what do you wear (with jeans) when it's too fine for boots, but not warm enough to shed my socks??

I'm wearing hamble oak brogues today, but also have converse and new balance trainers for this weather.

I have some Fitflop flipflops and won't wear any other brand as they are so comfortable. I am looking at their shoes on Amazon and like the look of some of them. I don't need the extra height though as I am fairly tall and at 58 I think I would look ridiculous in sparkly shoes.
