What to wear with this dress?

I have this dress which I've recently found in a charity shop and I love the look of it but can't seem to find some shoes that would look right for a more casual look. I'm an hourglass shape and I'm 5 foot 9
Not a fan of bare legs really as mine are pale and dry and not ready for summer at all!!

Could you wear it with flesh colour tights and black pumps?

Not a fan of flesh coloured tights.. I always wear black. I struggle with flat shoes, would love to find some nice ones

I live in either flip flops or biker style boots depending on the season

Anyone??

I would go for opaques and ankle boots.
