I would be inclined to gi as if dressed for an interview TBH. What sort of field are you in?

It's always better to dress too smartly rather than too scruffy. Dress how you imagine you would dress if worked there.

I'd go for a smart dress and a Cardigan. Or trousers, blouse and Cardigan.

So smart trousers, brogues, silk blouse, cardigan, should be ok?
I'm never really comfortable in jackets or dresses, although I do have them if needed.
It's heritage sector, so tends to be less smart than some places, I think anyway.
