Foundation advice please

I don't usually wear much makeup, but have an interview next week and thought some foundation would help to make me look a bit more polished. I am really out of touch, and have no idea what to go for. I have a quite fair but pinkish complexion, prone to flushing under pressure! Any suggestions?

I rate Mac studio fix fluid foundation. I have pale skin with redness issues and it works great. I like decent coverage but it isn't heavy and have had compliments on my skin while wearing it and people have commented that they can't tell I'll wearing it
