Where can I find dresses in a similar style to what Adele wears? 3/4 - long sleeve, modest neckline, in at the waist, floor length full skirt?

I love the floral one she wears in the Send My Love video but all I can find similar to that is on eBay from China where xxxl is a ukfuckingtiny and I'm 16-18

Has anyone seen this style dress in any colour?

The red floral from asos is lovely I don't know if red suits my colouring.

That pink floral midi dress from river island eould be perfect if it were a floor length skirt. Pencil or tube skirts usually suit my shape better at a mid length but I think I'm going to have to buy and try it on.
