Need help with Wella Koleston blonde shades, please!

I’m wondering roughly which Koleston Perfect shades would have to be used on my hair to get highlights similar to those in the picture. My base colour is a mousy dark blonde, pretty similar to the root colour in the picture and I have fine hair with a fair bit of red pigment.
I was thinking maybe a 9/1 or 9/8 + 9% (vol. 30) peroxide and an 8/1 + 6%(vol. 20)?

Hoping for a more educated guess from some of the MN resident colour pros! TIA!

It's quite blonde, more like a high lift tint, 12/0?

I use both 9/1 and 8/1 on my hair. 8/1 with 20 vol will be too dark - I always use 30 vol (9%). To achieve the look of the ends in your pic, 9/1 would be better.
