Tights without a centre seam up the front

Does such a thing exist? I've got a light coloured fitted dress to wear for a work event next week, but the seam of any tights I've tried show at the front. Do control tights have a seam? I feel like I need tights that have more of a "brief" top, if such a thing exists.
I need nude, very low denier. Alternatively I suppose I could try hold ups but I'm always a bit paranoid they might slip.
Any ideas?

Have a look at Falke on John Lewis website. Their thick wool tights have a gusset which makes them comfy and I don't think mine have a central seam. Not sure about ordinary tights though.

These all appear to meet the criteria

Sounds like their delivery times are quite quick.

Spanx tights perhaps.
