How do you make your eyes look refreshed & bright?

I mostly wear eyeliner but on the days I'm just casual I go without eyeliner and just wear mascara. But I'd really like something to put on my lids to make them look really bright and refreshed. Not really looking for an eyeshadow, something that glows & with a bit of a shimmer?

Any ideas?

Anyone? I'm imagining almost a gel like substance with a shimmer I can put apply with my finger- have I made this up in my head?!

I've started wearing Clinique's eye base , it's a creamy powder with a fairly noticeable shimmer in it. Am very pleased with it.

Hmm I get what you mean. Occasionally I wear Soap and Glory Hocus Focus on my eyelids and just under eyebrows. It catches the light and makes my eyes pop. Any highlighter should do the trick I think...

I use Lush's "Feeling Younger" for just this purpose. Adds a bit of light and subtle shimmer, no effort at all.
A little goes a long way through if you do try it!
