Shopping destinations

Any recommendations for an interesting shopping destination (high street budget) up to an hour and a half drive from Liverpool. Not Manchester/Warrington/Trafford Centre/Chester/Cheshire Oaks....done them all to death

Not sure of distance from Liverpool but I like Hebdon Bridge. It's small - just a couple of streets really - but has a lot of independent shops and cafes, a bit of a hipster / hippy vibe and (unless it!s changed since last time I was there) not a chain or a mall in sight

Shrewsbury?

Glasgow's a bit further but cheap on the train just now. Come and make a weekend of it.
