Hi
Am 50
Skin has no spots but it has gone v v dry in that I have huge flakes on my nose - like 'drifts' of dry skin - like the map of the world !
I use an exfoliater but it seems to make it worse and I use Liz Earle cleanse and polish .
I use a boots serum but used clarins in past , and assorted moisture cream s such as neals yard frankincense , boots , Nuvia q 10 and eucerin.
I'm wondering if this is due to skin not shedding much anymore but since I use exfoliar - wd that be true .
Something has really changed and I don't kno what to do it buy ! It's clear rich cream s are not the answer .

Shall I buy vit c and retin a ?
If so what shall I spefically buy ?
Thanks v much .

Try an oil - if you like Clarins their oils are really good.

They are all good and suited to different skin types - if you go to Clarins counter they can give you samples of each. Serum I personally think is overrated (and I am a former Clarins therapist).

I personally use the Sanctuary secret therapy oil

What exfoliation product are you using and how often are you using it?

ginorwine · 05/03/2017 20:34

I use body shop microbrasion x 3 a week .
