This Boden dress yay or nay?

It looks lovely on one pic and a bit frumpy on another. I have ordered it in petite as it was sold out on UK web in regular. Hasn't arrived yet. I don't go for over the knee lenght usually so I hope the petite may be a bit shorter.
I had a code so didn't pay the full price. So what do you think? Worth investing in or mumsy?

I'd like it for summer if it was about 5 inches shorter than it appears to be on the model. The pictured length would look v frumpy on me. Think you'll have to order and try on to see.

Yes, I think it is too long too. What's with Boden and over the knee lenght?! It's hard to find anything shorter on there, but the styles are usually good for hiding mum tum!
