Please. Because DD(5) has just been given one for her birthday 
The label says 100% viscose coated polyurethane (it's from C&A). It's size 7-8, the arms look way longer than the length of the back of the jacket. So it would fit her for length, but the sleeves far too long! When the sleeves fit her, it's going to be too short.
Are they wind/rain proof? Do they get torn easily? Does the stickiness wear off, do I need to wash it before she wears it? What does she wear it with? Are they warm?
